Gamespot has April 1 as the release date.

There is multiplayer but the devs won't release any info yet. Hope for coop and great online

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!! This game looks insane!! New technologies in graphics and an awesome story to build around, this is on my MUST BY LIST!! Can't wait to hear about the Multiplayer!! I'm psyched!! Can't wait for this one!! I hope this does NOT get pushed back any further than APRIL 1

i just found out gta 4 is using the euphoria physics engine too, and also a new football game called backbreaker.
