COD 5

Okay it comes out today and I got the day off. Who else is going to pick it up? I see a lot of peeps playing GOW but i still think COD 4 was the best shooter to hit the DSL community I hope some of you guys pick it up so we can get our snipe on.

This is going to be an expensive month. I just bought Fallout 3 (great game) then COD and next week L4D. I dont think I will have time to play all these games and NHL 09 is coming out with a patch this week to improve gameplay even more.

dang steel you rockin it out, must be nice to have the day off its not a holiday for us workin people jajaja I saw you rockin Fallout, how is that game?

Noticed you didnt mention 2k9 lol this indeed is the last yr for 2K unless the Bulls get another lottory pick and get a stud lol

COD > GOW (online play)

Fallout is a great game I bought it for the PC. It is like Oblivion but with you able to blow up arms, legs, heads, and anything else. My guy is already addicted to two types of drugs and suffering from radiation but I beat an old lady down with a pipe so it is all good.

As of now my priorities when it comes to games comes down to

1. NHL 09- best sports game period. EA even realeased a patch to stop glitchers. The team play is super addicting and my squad is competing for a free trip to Vancouver. Basically EA should put as much emphasis in gameplay to all there sports games as they did NHL. (Maybe because the game is made by EA Vancouver)

2. COD 5- So far game plays a lot like COD 4. More blood and some vechiles on some of the maps. Still a must buy.

3. Fallout 3- Very good RPG. Has one of the coolest shooting systems ive seen.

With those 3 I might have to pass on GOW 2 until next year. If the DSL community is jumping on L4D i will also buy it.

Single player is great on cod5! Stuck on the sniper on level 4. Going Vet from the beginning!

I'm gonna get L4D and Fall 3 as well.

I'm sold hahaha.........damn to many games, not enough money and not enough time to play them all. Only one day left of vaca this year so might hold off on a few till after the 1st of the year so i can take a day off or two and just play non stop........milk and cheeseburger FTW

Still rocking COD 5

I know not many DSL members jumped on this one and I dont recomend getting it now(unless you get it cheap) with the second Modern Warfare game in the making and going to release this year.

But im still having a blast playing this game with Toran and Ralph. The dogs are fun to watch as they kill the enemy and the bouncing betty is not as effective as the claymore but it is more fun to watch it jump up in someones face before it explodes. The tanks are a nice twist but should not be on 3 maps. I still think this game was the best shooter of the year compared to GOW 2 and L4D.

By the way im a 2.03 K/D ratio and climbing

L4D brings back the good ol days of brutal mayham that i love. no duck or cover system just grab a weapon and shoot lol never tried GOW2 and COD5 from what i hear is good but alot of people i know prefer COD4. Will wait for the new modern warfare that you speak of.

Cause of this group i will prob get it on the 360 but alot of my gaming might come via the PS3 cause it blows the 360 out of the water

yes returned my after I beat the single player.

lol...i didn't even get passed the first chapter in GOW 2...i thought it was exact same game as the first GOW...i did have fun the couple of times i hooked up with Huda and GD online, but something about the gameplay turned me off....too much action maybe?...i just like to sit in a corner and snipe, lol

Precise in Cod 5 i got some great camping spots you would love it. Also when you get to level 62 and 65 you get some nasty guns. The first in a snipe rifel that is one shot one kill and the second is the M1A1 which is mid to long range rifle that is very powerful and shoots just as fast as the other guns in the game. I use it on almost all the maps.

level 63 and 65...i would never get there man. I still remember being stuck on level 35 or something in COD 4, I never got to use the best sniper (forgot what it was called)....anyways, when is the new COD due to come out....i might pick of world at war used.
