HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Visit www.OldSpiceExperienceChallenge.com to participate in the Old Spice Experience Challenge. You will need to have a 360Voice Full membership (registration is free) and an Xbox 360 Live Gold membership to participate. The objective is to create or join a game play challenge with your friends and/or other gamers for the opportunity to win a reward. Different challenges are available each week during the program. There are four challenge tiers, each with specific challenge parameters and rewards available. The Old Spice Experience Rewards Calendar (available online) details the available challenges, tier levels, challenge parameters and rewards available. At the conclusion of each challenge, the competitor with the highest increase in his/her Xbox 360 Live GamerScore during the challenge period will be deemed the challenge winner.


ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 13 or older at time of entry and who have a 360Voice Full membership and have an Xbox 360 Live Gold membership at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, It Can Talk Systems, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.


HERE’S HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Beginning 12:00:01 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on 12/5/07, visit www.OldSpiceExperienceChallenge.com, and follow the on-screen instructions to select and create a challenge. The challenge Creator selects a challenge from the list of available challenges and submits a pending challenge to the system. A unique challenge code is generated along with a unique challenge link, which the Creator forwards to friends/other gamers to invite them to participate in the challenge. Once the minimum number of gamers for the challenge has been met or exceeded, the Creator is able to launch the challenge. NOTE: A pending challenge submitted to the system does not guarantee the challenge/reward will be available at the time the challenge is launched. If the challenge/reward is no longer available, the Creator will receive an online message when he/she attempts to launch the challenge.

IMPORTANT: Scoring for game play each day will be captured each night between 12:00:00 midnight PST and 1:00:00 AM PST. To ensure points are not missed, competitors should not earn Xbox 360 Live GamerScore during the capture time period of 12:00:00 midnight PST though 1:00:00 AM PST on the first day of competition for each challenge.

At the conclusion of the challenge, the competitor with the highest increase in his/her Xbox 360 Live GamerScore during the challenge period will be deemed the challenge winner and will win the reward specified at time of challenge creation. In the event of a tie, the competitor with the higher GamerScore will be deemed the winner. If no competitor in a specific challenge increases his/her GamerScore during the challenge period, no reward will be awarded for that challenge. See Rule # 4 for details on how to claim a reward.

A player may only be the “creator” of one challenge at a time. The challenge you “create” must be completed before you will be allowed to create another challenge. A player may only participate in one challenge at a time. All challenges must be completed by 11:59:59 PM PST on 3/14/08.


HERE’S HOW TO CLAIM A REWARD: If you are the winner of a challenge, you will receive an email notification containing your reward claim code within approximately 12 hours of completion of the challenge. To claim your reward, click on the link contained in the email and follow the onscreen instructions to input your reward claim code and complete the online claim form. All reward claims must be received by 2:00:00 PM PST on 3/28/08. Certain rewards may be fulfilled via email. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your reward.

Terms and conditions on gift cards/gift certificates apply. GameFly Subscription requires subscriber to have a major credit card and be 18 or older. Rewards consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the reward. Limit one reward per tier level per person or household; a maximum of four rewards total per person or household.


GENERAL RULES: At Sponsor’s discretion, potential reward winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Reward Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any reward/ reward notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the prize may not be awarded. Winners will be notified by e-mail/mail. No substitution or transfer of reward by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute reward of equal or greater value. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of rewards be awarded. By accepting reward, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, It Can Talk Systems, Inc., their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of reward. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any reward. Acceptance of reward constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners’ list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, It Can Talk Systems, Inc., their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotion materials and the terms and conditions of theOfficial Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of the rewards.

In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and all eligible challenge winners as of time of termination will receive a reward claim email. In the event a dispute arises regarding specific individual entitled to receive reward, entry made by Internet will be declared made by the "authorized e-mail account holder.” “Authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission.Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting challenge requests or reward claims will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to freeze or close an account or to prohibit the participation of an individual/account holder if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.


WINNERS: The Gamer Tag of challenge winners will be posted online at www.OldSpiceExperienceChallenge.com periodically throughout the program. For the names of winners, available after 4/14/08, send a separate, stamped, self-addressed #10 envelope to: Old Spice Experience Challenge Winners, P.O.
