lg update

Ok we had a rocky week 1 but we will weed out the non-comitted non-sim players. Doggpound had problems with his xbox so he is out. Hunkulese is moving he will rejoin the lg. hopefully in week 2 as the Ravens. Ralph will play the cpu tommorrow then I will advance the lg. Im sure week two will go much faster.

League Update:

Well we have our first non-sim player casualty as BIG Bang was booted from the lg. for playing non-sim and being an ass. I was going to give him a suspension but after talking with my good friend RG or Roger Goodell he said you cant put up with that kind of kid behavior and just give him the boot.

That puts us down to 11 players which is good. Im thinking that if we have a successful first season to expand the lg. to 15 for year two with "mature" players.

Dude, would talk trash like he was the garbage man. We were actually having a decent game until he decided to do a hurry up offense on my side of the field on a 4th down and 20. Later his homeboy comes into the chat and sends me a instant message saying "U suck". Dude brings the ghet in Ghetto. Overall, not a DSL experience, more like a random lobby experience.

Thanks Steel... man, at the end of the day it's all about the Local DSL people, where are all the decent people besides us???!!

I just finished moving and didn't have internet at my house until yesterday but I'm trying to contact Jax so hopefully we can get our game in soon.

Ok dont know what happened but I logged onto EA and all of a sudden it said I wasnt a member of a franchise. Then I guess it promoted Danza to commish. I need Danza to invite me back into the lg. then promote me to comish again. I was very busy the last two days but will be on today and the weekend to try and get this straightened out.

lol nice Danza in commish options at the bottom it says allow new players. It is set to no you have to set that to yes first then there is a invite new players tab.

not a league update but a Jets one...after humiliating the Titans with 10 interceptions in one game (I broke the NFL record but no achivement )...I moved to 2-1 ( by the way, even Madden the game hates Vince Young, I mean Kerry Collins threw 10 picks and was not removed from the game, jajaja).

Week 4, I was matched up against the Saints high powered offense. They rarely run the ball, and are always out of shotgun formation...escaped with a 3 point victory..3-1.

Jets = Super Bowl Champions...book it!

Damn Arod has gotten skills... Much improvement from last year Precise.... What a difference 1 year makes!!

The game was a lot more closer then it sounds, Cutler threw 3 pics and Forte had a crucial fumble early in the game. Score was tied early in the 2nd but i led 17-7 at half. Cutler got going connecting with Hester for 7rec 164yd and 4 TD's Adewale had 6 sacks Tillman 2ints With the D scoring on 3 turnovers.

Cutler had 24TD's on the season with Hester having 17 of them. 17 sacks for Huda's favorite Ogunleye.

Lg Update Official Announcment: 14Ralph has been brought into administration to be in charge of deadlines. With work and NHL I need to delegate responsibilities and 14Ralph will be simming the lg. every 4 days to keep it moving. If any problems you need to contact him.

STEELERS Update:

Well in a match-up of unbeatens Steelers vs. Vikings the Steelers prevailed in a shoot-out to remain the only unbeaten team in the lg. The Fireworks started early with Berrian catching a long bomb to set-up the opening field goal. But the Steelers answered with a 73 yard run from Parker behind the new o-line. The Vikings continued to make big plays scoring two more tds in the quarter to jump out to a 17-7 lead.

In the second quarter Big Ben hit Wallace for a 23 yard td. Then Parker tore off another 73 yard td run to take the lead. Harvin then had an excellent punt return that lead to a Peterson 1 yard run to take a 3 point lead. But the Steelers werent done as Big Ben hit fast Wille on a swing route for big yardage to set up a Reed field goal and tie the game at 24 going into the half.

The second half saw Peterson fumble the ball 2 times for a total of 3 in the game and Parker continue to run for big yards with two td runs of 31 and 80 yards on the way to a 52-31 Steeler victory and 292 yards rushing from Parker.

A comment from the gm "Many gms laughed at the idea of trading a all-pro lb like Farrior for a guard but the trade was made for games like this as Parker has run wild since the trade."

The Steelers are now the only unbeaten team but the road is not easy as the AFC is loaded with rivals including the 6-1 Ravens and the Jets who seem to have the Steelers number in exhibition games but this is not the same Steelers team as the team they faced in exhibiton as the line is muched improved. Only the rest of the season will show the difference.
