What is your favorite weapon /perks setup?

I know we all have different classes for when we want to snipe or use mini-guns or whatever....but what is your bread and butter all-purpose setup?

Mine is

M16 + Red Dot (I have the A-cog but personally I think it sucks)
M116 hand gun
Flash

Special Grenade X3
Stopping Power
Extreme Conditioning (very underatted, it's very useful)

Damn am I ever looking forward for Frag X3!! What's your guys setups?

ME SNIPE AND M 16 + DOT

Pump Shotty when in the Run and Gun mode all other times i rotate between M4 and AK47.........bringing it back to basics like in CounterStrike

Now that I think about it...I think that's why Im addicted to COD4, Counterstrike was COD before COD was COD

Yeah buddy, i was never big into PC games but when it came to Xbox we spent HOURS playing that game. We had 3 Xboxes set up in our basement so you know we was land hacking hahaha Ran into a few guys from back then while playing R6 who would have thought that. First time i played COD4 i was tellin my bro its just like counter strike, better graphics but basicly the same game just new weapons. Thats why i gotta roll with the Pump Shotty or the M4 (CT) AK47 (T)

I'm still feeling out everything. I just got me some claymores and have yet to use them effectively... Still looking for my perfect combo...

Thats what makes this game Rock..the way you combo your perks is all about your style of play. The combo one person uses, may not work for another... I do know I want me that P90!!

total NOOB question here but when i go to Perks only 2 and 3 are highlighted and i can not touch or change Perk1. Is that cause i'm a level 8 or whats the dilly wit that?

I think I know what you're talking about...I think it's because you have smoke grenades selcected or something to do with the Special X3 perk....you should be able to change perk 1 though?

1.medium to long range
M16 red dot/flash
stopping power
deep impact
claymore

2.medium to short
G36c red dot/ flash
stopping power
deep impact
X3 nades

3. same as 2 but with claymores

4. snipe
.50 cal/flash
uav jammer
claymores
deep breathe

5. close
p90/red dot flash
stopping power
deep impact
x3 nades

I change alot thinking of adding the G3 assault in the #3 spot.

do you got a nade launcher on your gun? That takes a perk away.

yeah buddy you know i rock the nades, its how i get majority of my kills jajaja good feedback tho Huda and Steel will need to check it out and see if it changes things

For myself it has alot to do with what game type im playing. In hardcore you do more damage so that frees up my normal perk 2 from stopping power to UAV Jammer, but my normal setup is

1. M16 - silencer
P1 - claymores will change to nades x3 when i LVL up
P2 - stopping power
P3 - deep impact
S - Stun - i like stun vs flash cuz it gives you a X where your crosshairs are if it hits someone so i know to go in blazing.

2. MP5 - dot
P1 - claymores will change to nades x3 when i LVL up
P2 - stopping power
P3 - deep impact
S - Stun

This is my class that i edit before the map
3. AK, G3, G36C - dot
P1 - claymores will change to nades x3 when i LVL up
P2 - stopping power
P3 - deep impact
S - Stun

4. 50cal but drag until then - no acog scope
P1 - claymores
P2 - stopping power
P3 - Iron Lungs
S - Stun but im thinking or going with smoke

i use this class when theres an enemy chopper
5. SAW - dot
P1 - RPG
P2 - stopping power
P3 - deep impact
S - Stun
